State surveillance of personal data is theft, say world’s leading authors

The time of assessing and responding to state surveillance has begun rather than focusing on the media reporting it. This is progress.
An international bill of digital rights would be an interesting development as well as the possibility of new rights other than right to privacy itself or an extension to right to privacy being developed.
